Did you all see this article on the MSNBC website? I was on Nexium

for awhile but weaned myself off and started eating better, avoiding

coffee and alcohol. (I have found I can tolerate Folgers Simply

smooth) Anyway here's the link...

My 82 yr old Mom broke her hip in Oct and she spent

quite a long time on Prilosec. She finally had a

surgery to correct GERD and it was successful, I'm

sure this past drug played a big part in it after

reading the article.
