I just made my rice with it. This is even better than the jar I found last year. I highly recommend it. Judy sent me a large container of the hickory flavored nutritional yeast seasoning called Bakon. IT's also awesome. I made some navy beans in the pressure cooker and added this, so good. If you see it pick one up. I have never seen it out here in California and adding Bac'O soy bits isn't a good choice. They look like sponges and turn your food pink. You can find it at any Adventist Book Center www.adventistbookcenter.com Click on the store locator on the side bar for one in your area. You can mail order from them, by calling the store. The company that makes BAKON is a small company. . I love using it in beans and when making spiced toasted nuts. Donna they have at the Loma Linda Market in Los Angeles.
