Yes thanks.

But since it is planned for me to go home end of January, I will only be able

to try them out at that time. What I have done is a little research on using

crockpots, and have basically taken suitable recipes and will modify them. I wil

let you know how it goes and post some of the modified recipes on the website.

One advantage of being a vegetarian is that one doesn't have to worry about

bacterium forming during the cooking. Slow-cooker / crock pot cooking will not

heat the food to a high enough temperature to kill some bacteria often found in

meat. Score one for us!

So where will home be for you at the end of January, Douglas?

 

Were you anywhere near that big gas explosion In Nigeria this week, that was

caused by gas looters? It was so sad that so many lost their lives. I was just

reading about it last night on the internet.
