Guest guest Posted December 26, 2006 Report Share Posted December 26, 2006 Almond Nog For eggless egg nog Make Almond milk by blending well in blender, then straining: 1/4 cups almonds 4 cups water Whiz in blender for 30 seconds: 3 cups almond milk 1/4 cup honey 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. almond extract Add and blend only until the cream thickens: 3/4 cup whipping cream Divide among 4 cups: 3/4 cup whipping cream Add blended almond nog and stir. Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
