Guest guest Posted December 26, 2006 Report Share Posted December 26, 2006 Strawberry Bread 3 cups flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp soda 1 tablespoon cinnamon 2 cups sugar 3 eggs 1 1/4 cups oil 2 small cartons of frozen strawberries (16 oz total) 1 cup chopped pecans (optional) Combine dry ingredients. Mix in eggs, oil, & undrained thawed strawberries. Add pecans if desired. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
