Guest guest Posted December 23, 2006 Report Share Posted December 23, 2006 Kentucky Derby Pie 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup margarine, melted 1/2 cup flour 1 tsp vanilla 3/4 cup pecan halves/pieces 3/4 cup chocolate chips Mix ingredients in order given. Pour into an unbaked 9 " pie crust.
