Guest guest
Does everyone have their pot of simmering herbs and spices on the stove? My living space smells so warm and wonderful this morning. I have a pot of water with cinnamon sticks and whole cloves simmering and the aroma is yummy. I am also putting needed moisture in the air to help keep my nose, eyes and skin from drying out and setting up a place for the flu bug to get in..LOL Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays Deanna in Colorado
Guest guest
I bet you place smells wonderful. I have a small simmering crock pot that I do this in. Now I need to go put some on. Thanks for the reminder. I love all those good smells........... A pot of boiling water though is great when that air is so dry. We used to have gas heat at another house and I'd have to put on the shower with really hot water, for about 10 minutes each night, to steam up the bedroom, so I would itch from dry skin. I know have a heat pump and you can control the moisture in the air. I love that!
