Apple Cake 2 eggs 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 c. applesauce 4 cups sliced apples 1 cup sugar 2 cups flour 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 2 t. cinnamon Preheat oven to 300 wash and core apples. mix together eggs, vanilla, and applesauce In another bowl mix apples, sugar, flour, baking soad and cinnamon add wet to dry then pour in 9 x 12 pan Bake 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean Serves 12 Calories 127 Fat 0 Fiber 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
