Guest guest Posted December 19, 2006 Report Share Posted December 19, 2006 Lemon Drop Cookies 1 cup butter 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar 2 cups white flour 1 teaspoon lemon zest 1 T lemon juice Cream these together and chill for one hour. Drop by teaspoon and flatten with a spoon. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes After these have cooled I usually dip them in melted white chocolate.
