I mean without cheese, cans, artificial sweets, white meal, avoid eggs and milk, etc. I usually cook with olive oil, garlic, parsly, fresh condiments, whole wheat flour, Durum Wheal Semolina pasta, brown rice, legumes, fruits and vegetables, etc. For sweets I eat dried fruits, fresh fruits, maple syrup etc. I would love to know of more recipes for this type of meals.
