Guest guest Posted December 17, 2006 Report Share Posted December 17, 2006 Wilted Green Beans With Basil 2 pounds green beans, trimmed 1 teaspoon olive oil 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon basil, minced salt and pepper bell peppers, red and yellow for garnish Preheat oven to 500 degrees. In a large bowl, toss all the ingredients until the beans are well coated. Place on a non-stick baking sheet in one layer (use more than one sheet if necessary). Roast for 10 minutes, stirring once.
