Guest guest Posted December 17, 2006 Report Share Posted December 17, 2006 Broccoli with Cilantro and Garlic 1 lb. broccoli florets, cooked 1/3 cup cilantro or parsley, chopped 2 tbsps. virgin olive oil 1 1/2 tbsps. white wine vinegar 1 clove garlic, minced Place broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 6 to 8 minutes, or until tender. Transfer broccoli to a serving bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Stir until hot.
