Guest guest
I hink the ground flax would be a good choice. I'm not sure about the brown rice flour, it does seem bulky enough though. Guest guest
folks .. not to bud in ... what am I saying .. I am budding in,,, On using ground flax seed. Flax may give a tase to the surface that some people may not like. Using it in a recipe where it is not concentrated, that is great and very healthy. On the outside... not as healthy oil wise,,, and again ... strong taste of it's own. Just my logic talking to me. I never tried doing that.
