Guest guest Posted December 15, 2006 Report Share Posted December 15, 2006 Morocco-Tomato and Hot Green Pepper Salad 4 large tomatoes, peeled, seeded and cubed 4 green bell peppers, grilled, seeded, diced 1 cucumber, peeled, centre core removed and diced 1 tablespoon chili peppers, seeded and dice salt and pepper 1 tablespoon lemon juice 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped 1/4 teaspoon cumin 2 garlic cloves, chopped Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend gently.
