Add a layer of thinly sliced lemons, then a layer of thinly sliced ginger. Repeat the layering till the container is half full, the top layer honey. Keep it in the refrigerator for several hours. Add a few tablespoons of the mixture to a cup of hot water for really nice tea, or just eat it by itself if you're lazy like me. It's really great for a sore throat and it tastes super. Guest guest
Salt water gargles, with nothing to drink for at least 30 minutes afterwards,(so it doesn't get rinsed off and can work) works amazingly well at healing a sore throat. We use this at the first sign of sore throats here and only very rarely have they lingered more than a day, using the salt water gargle. What a blessings, because sore thoats are misearable.
