Guest guest Posted December 13, 2006 Report Share Posted December 13, 2006 Lemon Chess Pie 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick) 1 1/2 cups sugar 4 eggs juice of 2 lemons 1 scant tablespoon corn meal unbaked pie crust Work butter and sugar together; add eggs and stir until well mixed; do not beat.
