Guest guest Posted December 13, 2006 Report Share Posted December 13, 2006 @@@@@ Madhur's Persian Spice Mix 3 (3-inch) cinnamon sticks, broken up 1 tablespoon cardamom seeds 1 1/2 teaspoons whole cumin seeds 2 tablespoons dried rose petals (see note) Grind all ingredients as finely as possible in a clean coffee grinder. Store in a tightly closed jar away from sunlight. Note: Dried rose petals may be found in Middle Eastern and North African stores.
