Guest guest Posted December 12, 2006 Report Share Posted December 12, 2006 CARRIBEAN BLACK BEAN SOUP 4 cans Black Beans, drained 1 medium Onion, chopped 4 TBSP chopped Garlic 1 Red Pepper, chopped and seeded 2 Jalepeño Peppers, chopped and seeded 4 TBSP Tomato Paste 1/2 C chopped Cilantro 32 oz Veg. Broth Olive Oil Hot Sauce to taste Saute onions and garlic in large pot. Add peppers and black beans, heat through. Add tomato paste, cilantro and hot sauce. Cook for 10 minutes.
