FRESH COCONUT MILK 1 cup fresh shredded coconut 3 cups water (coconut liwuid may be used in part) Honey to taste (about 1 tsp.) Pinch of salt Blend until vey smooth. Strain well or use on cereal unstrained. Unswetened dried coconut may replace fresh coconut if it is soaked in water prior to blending.
