,......... what Kitchen gadgets are on your wish

list for Christmas or for giving to others this Christmas and what makes you

like them?

Also are any of you doing cookie exchange Parties, with a group? If so,

what recipes are you using and how what your particular group have as

guidelines/and how does the party go.

I bought all the kitchen gadgets I wanted and my mom is giving them to me.

A 2 cup measuring cup with handle, stainless steel, marked in 1/4 & 1/3 c

increments to 2 cups. A canning jar lifter. Canning funnel. Funky wooden spoon

from my favorite kitchen store. The zester I disguised as an early gift for

DH when he was making sherbert.

My SIL sometimes has a cookie party. No real guidelines, except a little

placard with the recipe name and ingredients, some people print out 'take aways'

with this info on them. Everyone brings 12 dozen, and in your own box you put

in a dozen of each other kind. My DH didn't always like what we got so I

probably wouldn't have gone last year even if she'd had one. He prefers to file

requests in the Queen's Kitchen (aka me). AmyF

Asked a girl what she wanted to be

She said baby, " Can't you see

I wanna be famous, a star on the screen

But you can do something in between "

Baby you can drive my car

Yes I'm gonna be a star

Baby you can drive my car

And maybe I love you.
