Guest guest
Yes you can use soy milk instead of milk in baking and I would think in muffins you can use fruit juice if you wanted to. g sgsivley Sun, 10 Dec 2006 7:19 PM Baking with Soy Milk? Hello Everyone, As a former lacto-ovo I have been totally vegan (also low-fat) for just a few months. I find that baking is a bit more difficult. I know that I can substitute applesauce for the oil but was wondering, since I haven't tried it yet, if soy milk works well in baking foods such as muffins. Any ideas or recipes for good vegan breakfast muffins? Thanks, ~Sylvia ______________________ Check out the new AOL.
