Guest guest Posted April 26, 2006 Report Share Posted April 26, 2006 Soup is easy, just boil some veg in water or stock and spices of choice add some herbs towards the end of the vegies cooking and some pasta/rice/peas/beans, hey presto soup! eat as is or blend till smooth, you could add tofu to the blending stage to add texture/creamyness. I don't want to post it unless anyone wants it, cause I never measure and this week when I make it again, I will have to bother with measuring, I hate measuring, LOL. Some people say, " ewww. " when you say garlic soup, but the DH says he wants this with busquits once per week, if it isn't too much trouble.
