Asparagus and Bulgur

Hello. I have two questions for you. First, if I don't have sunflower oil, may I

use a different

type of oil, such as grape seed or olive? Secondly, can the herbs be dry or do

they need to

be fresh?

Asparagus and Bulgur

 

3 ozs. asparagus cut into 1/2 inch pieces

3 ozs. bulgur, cooked

1 tbsp. sunflower oil

1/4 tsp. thyme

1/4 tsp. basil

1/4 tsp. salt

 

Steam asparagus for about 10 minutes. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Serve at room temperature.

Makes 2 servings.
