Good morning all! Here I've been reading everyone's messages and collecting some

great recipes, when I realized I haven't introduced myself yet.

 

My name is Gypsy and I live in (currently very chilly, yet sunny) Northeast

Wisconsin. I am a 28 year old who has been vegetarian since the age of 16...

unfortunately with a slip-up here and there. I am in a long-term relationship

and I'm studying Respiratory Therapy.

 

I look forward to getting to know everyone!
