Guest guest Posted December 6, 2006 Report Share Posted December 6, 2006 Try the Choplets that are sold on Amazon.com. They are gluten/seitan patties, already made, in a can with a little broth. They are great used in all kinds of recipes. I use them in stir-fry or bread and fry them. Oh so good. I've also got a Gluten recipe in the files on here that a friend gave me. It is tried and true by her. I'm going to have to make it. She said that her and her mom make them all the time and it is easy using their recipe. She said they really turn out delicious.
