Doug and Mixed Vegetable curry Recipe - Christie

Bless you, Wee, for thinking of me. You are so kind. I bought cup

measures from Lakeland (the shop, not the region!) in the summer. I

used them when making some strawberry quick bread in the summer and

they worked ok. I think they cost about £4.99. I believe I may have

also seen them on sale in Sainsbury's Savacentre.

 

Thank you Gayle and GB for your help on weights. On a happy note, I

emailed the Native Foods Restaurant today and they sent me a really

friendly reply with information on the weight of the silken tofu used

in the recipes concerned. I have no excuse now not to try out the

Banana Cream Pie recipe!
