Guest guest Posted December 5, 2006 Report Share Posted December 5, 2006 Seame Green Bean Saute 2 tablespoons peanut oil or canola oil 1 clove garlic, peeled and finely minced 1 teaspoon finely minced gingerroot 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed, leave uncut 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seed oil 1/2 teaspoon salt Have all ingredients ready. Heat oil in a wok or skillet. Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds. Add the green beans, and stir-fry over high heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the sesame oil and salt; toss until beans are coated. Serves 6.
