Yeah, I noticed that he has changed so much personality wise. He used to be more loving and accepting...and when I first met him he was vegan yet still overindulged in sweets...but I never judged him! Now that he is purist he is honest to God, he has become intolerable. I ate some brown rice mixed with pieces of lettuce and canned garbanzo beans when I visited him and I felt self-conscious about what I ate! It was ridiculous. And you are right...he is "flat" these days...just doesn't feel much...except bitterness and anger.

I hope he gets better.

Also, yeah, the anti-depressants may have something to do with it. I have found that, sure, they even out your down moods, but they also tend to flatten out all of your other emotions at the same time. It is hard to feel anger (at factory farms) or empathy (for the animals) or much of anything but just blah. That is just my experience, though.sara

Yes, I hope he starts feeling better. My best thoughts to you both.

Being on anti-depressants is hard, as is being around someone who is.

their whole personality seems totally changed.
