Guest guest
I don't know exactly what green juice is...but I am guessing it's another green, chlorophyll like drink. I would say this: if you don't like it...don't worry about it. You can get your greens from whole foods (it's more natural this way) or, if you really want there are many, many ways to get your "greens" for the day. You can take alfalfa tabs or spirilina tabs or barley tabs....there are many on the market. If you eat greens everyday I don't think it is necessary to take green supplements...but they are helpful if it's not convenient enough to eat them. I bought some because I'vebeen hearing about it. It sounds so healthy and loaded with vitaminsand I thought it might be good. I started to get suspicious when Ipoured it... It had the color, texture and smell of baby sh*t. Tastedlike it too! It was really one of the most disgusting things I'veever tried. I paid four bucks for a small bottle and I am going toend up pouring it down the sink and with my luck it'll clog the sink,it's so thick. Do any of you know any brands or kinds of green juicethat are actually palatable? Or should I not bother with the stuff? Thanks,~Chrissie~
