Guest guest
I wish I could help you! I wanted to volunteer for a month this summer but didn't want to leave my adopted dog for that long. Oh, what a wonderful experience I am sure you are going to have! Good for you! Also, if you have any good tips or advice to give I'd really appreciate it. Thanks Shana

I can totally see fat/exercise reversing plaque accumulation, but in general I've yet to see anything specific about these " toxins " and " poisons " . Guest guest
Anthony, From this article and some others recently I'm recognizing that " seeing " is voluntary. Feeling is another matter. Since I've adopted conscious and responsibility for everything that goes in my body, and only put things in it that I know the source, quality and effect I FEEL better than at any other time in my life. I'm 47 and have always eaten the best I know how - raw and natural foods are the best I've ever known. No one I know who's given raw foods an honest and educated try has ever told me any different.
