Hi Everyone,

 

My name is Kenya. I just recently, in May, turn vegetarian. It was much easier than what I thought. What I been having problems with is cheese but I'm working on that. Eggs wasn't too hard either.

 

I became vegetarian after reading how inhumane animals raise for consumption are treated and slaughter.

 

I would like to find out from those of you who have gone backpacking, what kind of food do you take when you go back packing? I will be going back packing in August for about 3 days and besides fruits I don't know what else to bring with me. I don't think we will be cooking (if we cook) during the day only when we settle for the night.

 

So any tips will be appreciated. Look forward to any responses.
