GE products (in the US anyway) don't have to be labeled, so people have no understanding that they are eating GE corn or soy in almost every processed food product out there. In poll after poll, people say they don't want GE, but they are being purposely misled. Education and boycott is the only hope, since the government here will never force the companies to label.
