Guest guest
It seems to me that every nutritionist has their own focus and bias. After all, there is no widespread agreement as to what is a healthy diet these days. Nutritionists go to school to get the basics and then come out with their own ideas of what is healthy. I have read about many nutritionists who are big on the high animal protein, low carb diets and I've met vegan raw food nutritionists who think "cooked food is poisen". The whole spectrum is out there. I guess the best thing we can do is to find a nutritionist who matches our goals and go from there...see if it helps us. Good luck! Guest guest
I believe that in the UK anyone can become a nutritionist, however to become a dietician? ( still can`t spell ) you need qualifications and are state registered. I think? Anyone back this up? or did I dream it one night?
