Guest guest
Hi Samantha, I've been vegan for three years now (today is my anniversary in fact). I'm sure that everyone has different experiences when becoming vegan but I remember having a lot more energy. And most notably feeling clearer somehow. My thoughts and my body felt clearer. I don't know how else to describe it. Anyhow, I've also had mono (about 15 years ago) and I was WIPED OUT! It took a long time for me to recover and feel the same energy level again. So be easy on yourself and like Jo said, eat a healthy and varied diet. Take care! Sienna , Samantha Demers <SamADemers> wrote: > Hi! > > I have been a vegan for about 7 months now. I have been eating meat for 18 years and just stop everything cold turkery..no pun. anyways, i have been experiences a lot of fatigue. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you deal with it? I also have mono, but have had it since Februrary. My nutritionist thinks it may be because I getting a different kind of protein and told me to try and talk with other vegans and see if they have experienced this. Unfortunately, I have no friends that are vegan. > > Thanks, > Samantha > > > > > Win a $20,000 Career Makeover at HotJobs
