Guest guest Posted April 21, 2004 Report Share Posted April 21, 2004 Thanks to whoever posted the articles regarding genetically modified foods. So many things are bothersome about what is going on. Why do we have to fight so damn hard just to get a label so we can choose what we are buying? Are we not supposed to be about "freedom", the very least freedom to choose what we eat? It boggles the mind. And this WTO....how can it overide a countries decision to choose what food it wants? This is insane! The WTO is scary...who put it in place? Probably corporations. How did we get to a point where they get more power over people choosing what laws they want to uphold? It's crazy and I would like it to be dismantled. Every country and group of people has a right to decide what is good for themselves. Thanks for reminding me about this very important subject.
