Guest guest Posted April 7, 2004 Report Share Posted April 7, 2004 just an fyi jelly is a base of sugar and pectin and fruit juice jam is a base of sugar and pectin with fruit pulp er crushed fruit lastly, with preserves, its a jelly er syrup mixed with fruit chunks Some interesting questions there - I shall look forward to the answers from the experts.
