Hi! I'm new to this group!

 

I'd really appreciate some input here: I have gained about 40 pounds since I

became vegan, which was five years ago. I don't get it! Maybe too many

carbs?? Any suggestions?

 

Also, can you share with me what supplements I should be taking....I guess I

didn't do enough research before I make the transition to a vegan diet. I

just want to be sure I'm not missing anything.
