Hey all,

I am hoping to get some help from those of you who feed veg*n foods to their cats. The only cat food available here is Australia is the VeganPets brand. My 9 year old JRTx is on the dog version, and looking fantastic. I am thinking of getting a new kitten from the pound in the next couple of days and was after some advice.

The lady who produces the Vegan Pet has suggested that the food is suitable for both cats and kittens, but I am a bit wary of such a claim, because of their differing nutritional requirements. So I have looked up her site, and here are the 'stats' for her food. If there is someone out there who has kitten veg*n food could you please compare it? This is a dry food mix, to which I would add..... wet food. Not entirely sure what yet, so suggestions are welcome! I don't know what he is old enough to have (10 weeks) as I have never had a cat before. He is on Whiskas dry and tinned at the pound, but tinned is a no go for me, aside from the meat factor.
