Calcium Acetate - Lactic Acid

Thanks for the info about calcium acetate and lactic acid. I should just

check in my Vegan Shopper to see if the brands of red cabbage are listed

there. But always curious to know what the ingredients actually are. The

word calcium just makes me think that it comes from milk or a cow...
