Thanks to all who wrote about their fridges.

It confirms tht vegans are usually more into cooking than non vegans. Also

some seem to have the " seige mentality " like me!

I was

interested to see some had nuts in the fridge. Do they store better in

the fridge?

Heres what is in mine.

A jar of home made pickled beetroot. A jar with a bit of liquid in it

left over from

some safeway pickled gherkins which is waiting to be used up in a

salad

dressing. A block of Tofu which I was pleased to find was produced

locally in

Gateshead, which I will either stir fry or put ina smoothie. Some

soyasun soya

yoghurt which I bought with the intention of putting into my yoghut

maker to

make a batch of yoghurt but I think it has now gone off. A dish of

leftover

pinapple chunks. A container of ground sesame and flax seeds. " Pure "

margarine. Zest vegan pesto. Hard vegan cheese. Some stale wholemeal

bread buns. Some stale ciabatta bread buns. Lots of carrots, and a

brown

paer bag containing some some old brussels sprouts.

In the fridge door, a bottle of ferrogreen iron tonic and a bottle of

Udos choice.

A Rebar. A tube of tomato puree and a tube of garlic purree. Some

very old

tofuuti cheese slices.A jar of mango chutney and a bottle of organic

japanese

soy sauce. pack of raisins. A pack of pre cooked beetroot. A pack of

organic

hard creamed cocunut. 2 bottles of fizzy water from my soda stream

and a

carton of Vitafit juice from Lidl.

Some red pepper, spring onions, mushrooms and celery in the salad

crisper.
