Guest guest Posted October 26, 2003 Report Share Posted October 26, 2003 As I've said before, I'm new to the vegan lifestyle. I am a firm beliver in vitamins. I take a multi, 1000mgs of C and calcium (osteoporosis....however you spell it...runs in my family). A vegan friend of mine said that now that I'm vegan it's imperative that I take a B12 supplement. Anyway, what do ya'll take? The few searches I've done have yielded vitamins with 800% of the RDA and I really avoid this since it's not neccesary (my hubby is a pharmacist so he says to avoid them.)
