Guest guest
Hello, I am a new member and I've already learned so much just by reading some of the messages in the archives! I recognize a few names from other lists. I am taking my first steps toward becoming vegan. When I went veggie 2 years ago my goal was to eventually become vegan. I'm starting now with my diet. Eggs-easy to eliminate, never ate them much anyway. Cheese--behold the power of cheese. Difficult to say the least. Right now I'm not eating it so when I try a substitute, it won't be awful. I figure if I forget what cheese tastes like, I'm halfway there. Hehe. I guess some folks are able to go cold turkey. I'm not one of them. Especially since I live in Alabama. Two health food stores, but they mainly cater to the high protein diet folks. How's that for weird? Sara
Guest guest
Hi Sara Welcome to the list. I think cheese is the difficult one. I first tried Cheezly about four years ago and didn't like it. I then tried it again about a year ago and found I now like it - so I think your taste changes as you go along.
