Guest guest
Apples are dangerous? Bugger. We have organic tomatoes in the veggie section at coles, the occasional avocado and a few others, but I don't think I have every seen an organic apple. I shall have to look more closely... And going straight to the grower won't help at this stage! Guess I have to buy an apple tree - pity I am renting and have nowhere to put one... hm.. BTW - does anyone know of a herb or something that will get rid off (read scare away) the cockroaches in our kitchen? We have the little brown bush guys in the house. They don't bother me, but my BF is getting agro at them, and has started laying mortien baits until I can come up with something else. Please, can anyone help me save these little blighters (NO! I am not going crazy, as weird as that last sentence sounds to most!). Apart for killing the bugs themselves, I don't particularly want my dogs eating the dead and contaminated ones - they have started chasing bugs of all descriptions, so I don't want any chemicals in the house for that reason alone, apart from not liking to kill anything. Anyone got a suggestion or a site for me to check out?
