Hi,

Does anyone have experience of the Sarc Soya milk maker which the UK

Vegan Society is promoting?

I am thinking of getting one but they are quite expensive and I am trying to do

some research before committing myself. I have asked around but I cannot

fine one person who can actually tell me honestly what it is like to use.

If you have one, or can recommend another one, what is the drink like and

how easy is it to make?

Its strange how no one seems to know.

There was a review of it in the vegan society magazine, which did not

completely convince me to buy it, you may be able to get a copy off

them. I

always pass my mag on after I have read it so I am not able to quote.

But the lack of people out there saying " yes, its great, go out and

buy one! "

makes me wonder if its any good.

I know there are people who make it the home made manual way, but

thats

too much for me. I have arthritis in my hands and arms and I can't

do recipes

that involves heavy messy work, or perhaps I should say I am

unwilling to!

I have also looked on the internet and found very little, apart from

manufacturers blurb.

I wonder whether it would be worth looking in the oriental sections

of the

internet as I know a lot of chinese people use soya milk due to

lactose

intolerance.

Let us know if you find anything!
