Guest guest
Thank you for the kind welcome, great to be a part of this group. I have a question. I've worked on a cruise ship before, and last time my room had a refrigerator for me to store my tofu, soymilk, and other treats in. I'm returning to work on a ship in the somewhat near future and this time I won't have a fridge in my room. As I've mentioned before, I'm a bodybuilder so I try to eat high amounts of calories and grams of protein each day. It now looks like I won't be able to do the tofu or soymilk, so I'm looking for some other options for food items that I can keep in my room. In the past I've had clif, luna, and odwalla bars, nuts, seeds, crackers, rice cakes, protein powders, peanut butter and stuff like that. I'm sure this time I'll take many of the same food items but I'm looking for more variety as well. In bodybuilding I usually stick to a bunch of the same foods (I have them listed on my website) that I consume while I'm training. Now I've got to search for some interesting snacks that don't have to be refrigerated, are somewhat inexpensive, and easy to pack with me on the ship, or pick up from stores in various ports. Any suggestions would be excellent. I'm not as creative as I thought Thank you, Robert www.veganbodybuilder.com
