Yes. I went to amazon and found a copy and it seems to be what I am looking for. One person wrote a review of the book and claimed it was a waste of money as it only covered 100 food items, but given that it will be used by me as a general information guide, I am sure that knowing 100 foods will be quite helpful. As you said, I could always go for the more complete version of the guide if I feel I need it later on. ~ feral ~ Sometimes a fool makes a good suggestion. ~ Nicolas Boileau
Guest guest
many years ago i read john robins book on the american diet and became a vegetarian then i read ann wigmores book on hippocrates diet and became a raw fooder then i read severn schaeffers book on instinctive nutrion and became one too then i made headway on my own i became honest. instinctive nutrition is just one part of being honest although it hightlights the most significant and common obstacle the problem with doctors today is that there is no competition it is not the american way, or at least not the old american way the new american way allows the government to violate our most sacred communications thus they are able to maintain the monopoly by the ama, pharms, hmos, etc such that the price of health care is beyond everyone the solution is not government subsidized health care the solution is getting the government out of our private lives for those that don't understand that it is too late it is already war come get me i am already after you and yours how aburd is this http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/8180116.stm they convinced the man of murdering his own daughter the crime for seeking health outside the state mandated ama is punished by death how about the millions of people who are addicted to insulin because the state has condemned them to a lifetime of sickness how about the parents who can't afford to feed their family after losing their house to pay the hospital bills how about me how about you my name is jrellis and this is war if you don't want to be called an nigger than stop acting like one i am alone i am free i don't care if you live or die anymore i give up i win
