Here is a recepe from a recent star article.

2 ripe avocados, diced

2 medium tomadoes, diced 

 

1/2 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped

2 tbsp lime juice

2 green onions (are antibotic may chop your bones/ and kill your good

digestive  , finely chopped (use ginger and chinese parsley)

Dash hot sauce (more if you like it hot)

Sea salt + freshly ground pepper to taste

place ingredients in medium bowl and stir gently to combine

use it for vegetable dipping or bread spread  (if you cannot make raw bread, us

multi-grain bread for now.
