Guest guest
hey everyone. i have an unexplained rash that i'm pretty sure started when i got pregnant.although i miscarried 3 weeks ago, it's not leaving! so i've had it for over 3 months. my question is, has anyone healed an unexplained rash by going 100% raw? i already tried changing my diet to no wheat, flour, dairy, sugar, caffeine, & took milk thistle & drank dandelion root. but i saw no difference. so i don't think it's my liver. any help would be appreciated! peace, cristy www.godshownraw.blogspot.com

So I won't insult you by assuming what your problem or solution is. Hey, for all I know, there are some rashes that can be cured. But I am motivated to offer my methods of coping with rashes. And fwiw, I had been diagnosed [long ago and far away] with lichen planus by more than one dermatologist. My experience with rashes, fungi, and skin problems run some gamut. And so do my responses. When I have a rash, in the absence of obvious trauma, I assume that I have some toxins that have a great need to leave my body. (Sometimes the rash may be caused by microbes feeding on the carnage.) And this critical rush necessitates a less than beautiful solution. The approach is two pronged. A. stop abusing myself with poisons or actions that have been causing this massing B. help get rid of the toxins as quickly and painlessly as possible. And also help the skin heal comfortably ----- A. Many times eating raw foods will remove the irritations and abuses. But sometimes, the toxins can come from poison oak, airborne civilized chemicals, medication, stress, or invisible repetitions. Sometimes, unblocked honesty is needed to find the specific abuses. B. Helping myself get rid of toxins: 1. eating instinctively, assuming i have such a supply of food. 2. a juice diet, a water fast, or extended restricted eating 3. saunas, steam vents, and sweat lodges 4. loofah or bristle brushes; or sisal body cloths and sponges 5. herbs like wormwood, black walnut, and licorice 6. bacteria like acidophilus, sauerkraut, yogurt, or rejuvulac 7. salt baths, or salt scrubs 8. ocean, lake or river swimming 9. oil baths (ie. jojoba) 10. hot tubs [,with cold plunge cycles] 11. sun, sun gazing, and crystal therapy 12. aerobics, isometrics, yoga, hiking, games with balls 13. massage: shiatsu,reflexology,swedish,arnica/rose hip seed oil 14. enemas and colonics 15. ocean water oral flush 16. mud and clay; baths, masks, and full body painting 17. rasps: pumis, ceramic, diamond 18. honesty 19. sex or no sex 20. quiet or meditation 21. oral bentonite 22. psyllium seed husk 23. artesian or alkalized water 24. soap i.e. black african 25. brush teeth, gums and tongue 26. shea (or cocoa) butter 27. shave or don't shave 28. teas: marshmallow, ginger or other steeped herbs 29. borscht; [raw] beet soup 30. peppers 31. watermelon 32. coughing up phlegm properly 33. fever and other cold symptoms. (germ therapy) 35. go fly a kite, jump out of a plane, or alter perspectives This will be especially easy to do if you check into a spa, a farm or a ranch. If you have the money and the time to devote, then you can have a lot of fun and fresh air. (Don't miss the horseback riding on the beach.) But if you still have to go to work and live on a budget, then the name of the game is compromise. jrellis, firepriest ps - btw, that list is complete. i didn't leave out anything. no one else can think of something to add... actually, i don't even know why they teach everyone to write, most people only need to learn how to read. Guest guest
For Rash You might try Black Seed Oil...It's actually Black Cumin. Nira sells it At African Red Tea Imports on Fairfax In Hollywood. I also Include a small amount of it with my sunflower oil each morning as I do oil pulling. Oil Pulling is something you may want to start doing if you have some rash too... I prefer sunflower oil, with the black cumin oil mixed in. Good Luck!
