When various cells of the body are overloaded with the toxic residues of

drugs and chemically harmful food or beverages or from the effects of

overeating or wrong food combinations, sleep difficulties often result. Or,

if the body is so depleted from over activity, it is also likely to tell of

its woes by producing a night of sleeplessness. To avoid this problem,

Hygienists strongly recommend a short nap or rest during the day for

relaxation and replenishment.
