Dear Raw fooders,

 

Hello. I am not 100% on raw foods but completely respect the raw food

movement. When I am able to consistently stay on 80% or more raw foods

(where most of my calories come from raw foods) I note the difference and

feel great.

 

What raw fooders need is definitely mutual support. We understand the power

of raw foods to revitalize and energize us. The challenge for most of us is

sticking to very high raw food consumption despite our social and

professional obligations. Folks, it takes commitment and also support from

other like-minded people.

 

This list has become less active recently. Not sure why.

 

I have a blog on yoga and meditation and a section devoted to health and

nutrition. I would be more than happy to publish essays and stories on raw

foods, raw fooders, raw food movement, as long as these are in generally

good taste.
